Dave E. Cole

Dave has been serving as a Leadership Coach for the Northwest Ministry Network, an organization designed to strengthen and develop leaders, since 2002.

Dave and his wife Debbie, came to the Northwest Ministry Network after serving 20 years as senior pastor in East Wenatchee. During their time in East Wenatchee, the Coles participated in and promoted missions trips, planted a Spanish church, led the church in building and growth projects and worked with the pastors of all denominations to form “Serve Wenatchee Valley,” a community-wide outreach ministry still going strong today.

Dave is a graduate from Northwest University in Kirkland, WA. and has a masters in Christian Ministry and M.Div. equivalency from AGTS. He graduated with his Doctorate in May of 2015. Dave is the founder of the Outward-Focused Network. A coaching Network that helps many pastors and churches move out of a plateaued unproductive stage into being vibrant outward-focused ministries.
