Christopher M. Whelan

Having grown up listening to his Irish born father's tales of Unicorns, Leprechauns, Fairies, Dragons and the Little People that lived in the moat in Ireland, Chris was inspired to write and illustrate a series of stories that explained the origins of these mythical items and creatures using a little Unicorn that would go on many adventures and also teach young children that they are useful and valuable even if it doesn't always seem that way. Christopher has also started creating and publishing several replica props from movies and television and enjoys making his living from his little studio in a rural town in Ontario, Canada where he resides with his beautiful wife and their two children.
