Jane Ellyson

I've written eight novels across the action-adventure and romance genres. Having lived in Europe and Asia my stories frequently visit beautiful locations.

I've a deep connection to the Far North Coast of New South Wales in Australia where ‘Boy from Bangalow’, ‘Over Byron Bay’ and 'An Extraordinary Wedding' are set. My great grandparents owned a farm a little way out of Byron Bay and my grandparents lived nearby in Mullumbimby.

I created Charlotte Wyatt, a fashion designer and problem-solver, who finds missing people. In her short career, she’s already been an Intelligence Officer for ASIO, a body double for a European royal and a catwalk model for a British publishing house. Despite these roles, she eschews the spotlight, and goes to great lengths to ensure that those around her, are not aware of the situations she needs to creatively extract herself from.

Galina-Elizabeta Ivanof is a drummer and a survivalist who'll use brute force if necessary, to save someone in danger. Her life has been marred by tragedy. Her father died in an accident on an oil platform, twenty-four years previously. During a speech at the funeral of one of his previous work colleagues, doubts are raised about the cause of Aleksandr Ivanof’s death, sending Galina on a dangerous search for the truth. Father Lost, Child Found is an unputdownable thriller about secrets, spies and spaceships.
