Tamara Browning

Tamara lives in Edmonton with her husband of 30 years. The have three adult kids, and run three businesses. Her plan for a perfect life shattered with news of her first born son's rare syndrome. His complex medical needs create an unpredictable life for her and her family. His medical issues, as an adult, revealed a gap in medical services for developmentally disabled adults. This awareness lead Tamara to her current project of improving acute care for this population. She values community, and relationships.
