Ginger Woolridge

Ginger Woolridge is a landscape designer with a BS in Landscape Architecture from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Her professional experience has included garden design, design instruction at the USDA, commercial real estate acquisitions, development and construction, and presiding over a political action committee. She is a certified, Maryland Master Naturalist. Ms. Woolridge served on the board of the smart growth advocacy group, 1,000 Friends of Maryland for many years.

Ms. Woolridge recently served as a consultant for the “National Geographic Kids Ultimate Explorer Field Guide: Trees”. She enjoys speaking to groups about choosing appropriate native plants for their landscape projects, including the critical role of natives in supporting our diminishing insect and bird populations.
