Larry Rosler was founding editor of Highlights for Children's Boyds Mills Press. He served on the faculty of the Highlights Foundation for more than twenty years and as a speaker and workshop leader at SCBWI conferences nationwide. He wrote the lyrics for the musical Sundown, with book by Joe Bravaco and music by two-time Tony Award nominee Peter Link. Sundown is winner of a Main Street Musicals Director’s Choice Award from Gregory Mosher, and the studio cast recording is available from Amazon. As an actor, Larry appeared in the first New York revival of Brian Friel’s Philadelphia, Here I Come! as well as productions at the Kennedy Center, Circle Repertory, and Playwrights Horizons, among other theatres. He's a freelance editor and a recipient of a CBS Publishing Outstanding Achievement Award and Robert J. Pickering Award for Playwriting Excellence.
