Doc got a second chance at life after an "Unsurvivable Plane Crash!" He overcame 16 sequential operations to rebuild his legs and later had victory in squatting 505 pounds! The crash resulted in a moderate brain injury and again Doc created success by earning four degrees, including medical degree in the British Commonwealth and PhD. After directing clinical research for ten years he was chosen to be a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine.
However, Doc was obese when starting graduate school (Body Mass Index > 32). He dropped 40 pounds and now 20 years later he is -45 pounds lighter than when he started med school! (He learned to identify the causes of this disease for a lifetime cure.) See his pictures in “Food is the Cure!” Doc serves as an empathetic physician, scientist, and Best Selling author.
