Mr. Larry J Cipolla

I was born and raised in Connecticut and have been living in Minnesota since 1970. I am a Master Gardener, speaker, author, world traveler, executive coach and pioneer in 360-feedback. I double-majored in English and Behavioral Psychology at Manchester Community College, University of Connecticut, University of Minnesota Graduate School, Spencer Foundation Research Fellow. I taught Organizational Development and Leadership as an adjunct instructor at the University of St. Thomas (Minnesota).
