Bruce Cotterill

Bruce Cotterill took on his first leadership role at the age of just 17. He went on to build a career that he describes as a "vertical learning curve".

In a CEO career dominated by change and transformation, he has led Australian real estate group Colliers in both New Zealand and Australia, Kerry Packer's ACP Magazines, and iconic Kiwi sportswear company Canterbury International. In 2008, he took charge of Yellow Pages Group to lead that business through a period of dramatic change, including the restructure of the Company's $1.8 billion of debt.

He is now a professional director with a portfolio comprising six Boards, is a highly regarded advisor to business leaders, and is one of Australasia's leading conference keynote speakers. In his "spare time" he is a husband, father, lifeguard, ageing triathlete, competitive ocean swimmer and frustrated golfer.
