Tran Van Thuong

My name is professor and Lt. Colonel Tran Van Thuong. The title of my book is "Tactics and Strategy". My book is a study of the history of Vietnam from the French domination until the collapse of the first and the second Republics of Vietnam and the subsequent domination of Vietnam by the communist ideology and Communist China.

The first main goal of this book is to encourage the people of Vietnam to stand up using tactics and strategy and ask the communist government for free popular elections: to work towards a leader who is democratically elected.

The second goal is to demonstrate to Vietnam how to live in peace through strategy with their neighbors, including China, North Korea, Laos, Cambodia, and all others countries in Southeast Asia.
