Born two and a half months premature and weighting two pounds three ounces, I was the size of my mother’s hand. They hurried me into an incubator with round the clock monitoring. The doctors and nurses didn’t think I was going to make it. My loving mother wanted to hold me one last time to say good-bye. A local priest was called to my bedside where my mother held me tight. He gave me the last rites. To everybody’s astonishment I made it past the first couple of days. The Lord had a definite plan for my life. I was raised in a Christian home, born again at the age of five. My grandfather was a minister and I would spend my summers at their place. I would tend the garden and prepare the vegetables for supper. I would also attend every service at the church which was only half a block away from their house. From my very young years until now, I have always striven to get closer to the Lord in my daily life as most born again Christians do. But, in 2009 the Lord Jesus Christ started to visit my house. Sometimes He would just walk through one of the walls, other times He would show up at the foot of my bed to have a conversation with me.

It has progressed over the years and now I don’t need the Lord to take me by the hand in order to visit Heaven. There are wonders beyond your wildest imagination, where physics don’t apply like on Earth. Take angels for instance. They come and go at will, some fly with wings and some don’t have wings but still fly. Heaven is much more than a gated city—it goes far beyond that. Since the Lord is always creating new things there is always something different to see. Will you see your loved ones again after they have passed on? Of course you will. They will be waiting for you. Meeting some of the disciples is always exciting. But, what’s most exciting is meeting the Lord, talking to him face to face, and walking hand in hand with him. Walking down streets of gold which is not like the gold we are used to seeing here. After all the wonders I have experienced, how could I possibly keep them to myself. Jesus was moved with compassion to heal people, likewise I am moved with compassion to share with you my excitement and experiences. There is so much more to heaven than I could possibly tell you. That’s why it’s called Glimpses of Heaven.
