David M. Konisky

David Konisky is the Lynton K. Caldwell Professor of Environmental Studies at the Paul H. O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University, Bloomington and the Co-Director of the Energy Justice Lab. Konisky’s research and teaching focus on environmental policy and politics, with emphasis on environmental and energy justice, regulation, and public attitudes.

Konisky earned his Ph.D. in political science from MIT, and holds two master’s degrees from Yale University: one in environmental management and one in international relations. At the undergraduate level, he studied history and environmental studies at Washington University in St. Louis.
