Michael Rapp

Michael Rapp's practice is focused solely on Consumer Protection cases. Typically, he brings cases against Credit Reporting Agencies, Banks, Credit Card companies and the occasional Debt Collector or shady car lot for doing things that they shouldn't. These cases include both individual and class, at State and Federal level.

A bestselling author, Michael is currently serving as President of the Solo/Small Section of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and as Kansas State Chair for the National Association of Consumer Advocates. Selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for the past 2 years for Kansas and Missouri, Michael frequently presents on the Fair Credit Reporting Act and topics surrounding Consumer Protection Law. Prior to graduating from UMKC School of Law, Michael served his country overseas, was decorated, and honorably discharged from the United States Air Force.
