Edward L. Meek

Edward Meek was born in Lewisham, London, and was educated in Bedford. He was inspired to study fifteenth-century history during his BA at Warwick which included an extended semester in Venice. Subsequently, he undertook post-graduate studies at Cambridge. His PhD thesis (submitted in 2001) analysed diplomacy during the reign of Edward IV, King of England, 1461-83. He lives in Bristol with his partner Ben.
