John Cantrell

John Cantrell was born in Russellville, Alabama(1986). From a young age, John showed interest in becoming a police officer. Shortly after the beginning of college as a general education major, a tragic event re-ignited the flame that brought John full circle with the career choice of his childhood. John began his law enforcement career at the early age of 19 with the Alabama Department of Corrections. After a short stint as a deputy sheriff, John landed a job with a rural municipal agency where he still currently serves as a k-9 officer.It is John's hope that through writing, he can touch the lives of many and provide inspiration where necessary.
