Ovsan

Meline Ovsan Talarian was born in the Republic of Cyprus and is the youngest of three girls. Growing up, she was always told to respect authority and go with the flow instead of standing up for herself. As an adult, she understands the importance of being self confident, and at the same time the importance of treating people with kindness, regardless of their race, age, position, or standing in life.

Encouraged by her father, she has had a passion for books from a very young age. She has worked in several organizations where she interacted with numerous leaders, colleagues, and customers. Her book "POWER vs Heart in Leadership," focuses on the importance of being humble and kind toward one another in order to be respected and be able to develop a harmonious as well as productive work environment.

When she is not writing, Meline Ovsan loves playing the piano, practicing yoga, and of course reading.
