Morgan Morano

Morgan Morano opened her gelato shop, Morano Gelato, in Hanover, New Hampshire in 2010 and then another in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts in 2015, after several years working in pastry kitchens and working for an artisanal gelato maker in Florence, Italy. She has led private and group classes on Italian gelato, and her recipes and techniques are still used in gelato shops throughout America. Since closing her Morano Gelato stores in 2020, Morgan now spends her time consulting for business owners, startups and gelato enthusiasts.
