Jennifer Theiss (Ph.D., University of Wisconsin - Madison) is a Professor in the Department of Communication at Rutgers University. Her research is broadly focused on interpersonal communication dynamics in romantic relationships and families. She studies and writes about the challenging aspects of relational involvement, including issues arising from uncertainty about a relationship or difficulty coordinating actions with a partner.
