James Strowbridge

James Strowbridge was born in Swainsboro, Georgia, to African American parents, and grew up in Wadley, Georgia. He has dedicated his life's work to assisting others in overcoming crisis situations and bringing their lives back into harmony. He is a professional life coach, a Neuro Linguistic Programming practioner, a Usui Reiki master, a transcendental meditation practioner, and a highly publicized author.
