I work as the policy adviser to the UK's minister for science, research, innovation and universities. I'm also a senior fellow at Nesta, the UK's national foundation for innovation.

Before that, I spent eight years as Executive Director of Policy & Research at Nesta, running Nesta's innovation and tech policy think-tank.
