Deborah Cake Fortin

Deborah Cake Fortin is the author of two books, Diversity and Inclusion, The Submarine Way and Up Periscope, Putting Traditional Leadership in the Crosshairs. Her career as a corporate executive taught her the value of diversity and leadership. Her passion for diversity drove her to build and lead multiple diversity programs in the business world and to write for a diversity magazine. Her passion for building good leaders led her to leave the corporate world and along with her husband and business partner, John Gregory Vincent, who also is passionate about leadership, author two books and start a company that teaches organizations what it takes to build effective leaders. From businesses, police departments, communities, universities, and executive coaching, John and Deb are excited about growing and helping the organizations they work with.

When John and Deb are not traveling to speak or train, they are home in Augusta, GA, with their Malamute and Husky. They like hiking with the dogs, cooking dinners at home, and mountain biking.
