John Gregory Vincent

John has a very unique background, beginning with nearly 15 of his 20-year Naval career being spent in the secret world of submarines. He retired as a Command Master Chief and went on to start a management and leadership development firm, and then joined The Gallup Organization, becoming their top client rated consultant in the world.

Along with his wife and business partner, Deb Cake Fortin they authored the bestselling book Diversity and Inclusion The Submarine Way in 2017 which introduced what has become a patent published system to drive inclusion and leadership development. It also led to the re-launch of their consulting, coaching, speaking, and training firm, under The Submarine Way brand.

John and Deb love all things outdoors and their snow dogs, Mylee and Rufus are pretty much part of everything they do in the outdoors. They know how fortunate they are to take their calling in life and be able to also make it their career.
