Richard Lindenmuth

I am a veteran executive with experience in large companies (President of ITT Business and Consumer Communications Group) to modest size companies (CEO of Styrotek, Inc). I have lived in Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America and recognize the varieties of cultures around the world. I enjoy relating stories about some of those differences; however, I also recognize the very large intersection of positive values held in every culture (Family, friends, integrity, children). I have served as the Interim CEO for a number of companies and I am on the Board of the Association for Interim Executives. I have returned 23 companies (including subsidiaries) to profitability. I am convinced that "active listening", repeating back what you think you heard from someone in your words to be sure you are on the same "page" is critical in today's fast moving world.
