As a former astrologer, teacher, and now currently a practicing NYC psychotherapist trained in hypnosis, EMDR, Sensorimotor trauma techniques, Ro-Hun, AEDP, Coherence therapy and providing the Lucia Light Experience to calm the nervous system, I have long been an eternal seeker of knowledge, truth, psychological understanding, and wisdom.

All of my searching coalesced, culminating in writing a book that unfolded when I began to dream and meditate in symbols.
