Manuel Kniepe

Manuel Kniepe is an expert in intercultural dynamics and aesthetics. He studied intercultural marketing and innovation management at international universities in Japan, Hong Kong, and Germany. A long-term stay in Japan proved particularly formative, deepening his understanding of the philosophy of wabi-sabi and the subtle nuances of East Asian design.

During his time in China, he further developed and refined his perspective on the systematic influence of culture on human organizational and management systems.

Today, Kniepe lives and works as an organizational liaison between Germany and China.
