I read to escape... and so I write to help you escape. My medium is humorous short fiction. My stories will appear to be based on reality, but the characters make outrageous choices and the plots take an unexpected twist. Both of my books, "We Drank Wine" and "Cafe Conversations" are collections of linked short stories. They contain bite-sized tales, perfect for busy readers, but the characters repeat giving an overall experience similar to a novel. "Cafe Conversations" was on the long list for the 2020 Leacock Medal for Humour.
