Bin Yang

Bin Yang is a global CEO adviser and the Managing Director of The Prince Synergy, a leading consulting firm that focuses on building exceptional leaders to strengthen society. Yang believes that everyone has the right to be their best.

Yang first went to medical school due to her parents and got the nickname "X-Ray." She invented the 6Q Approach at clinic to help her patients meet challenges and get well. Many recovered quickly with minimum re-occurrence.

Later, Yang found that building exceptional leaders is the most efficient way to empower millions at one time. However, most institutions, including top MBAs, build leaders with IQ, EQ and behavior tools alone and often waste years due to "intractable issues." Through the 6Q Approach, she has helped many leaders find solutions to their "intractable issues" and go from good to great efficiently.
