Mike McKenna

Mike McKenna spent twenty-five years making decisions where being wrong cost something real. State and federal disaster response, and white-collar investigations for large international companies. The common thread was always the same: someone had to make the call, the facts were incomplete, and there was nobody left to hand it to.

He now runs TEAM Solutions, a bespoke advisory practice built around that problem. He works with founders and executives on the disciplines that hold up under pressure.

His writing started early and never stopped. Five books later, he's still mostly trying to get what's in his head onto paper before he loses it.
