Simon Jamie

Simon Jamie was born in Nottingham in 1973 and has lived in the Notts area all his life (so far), apart from breaks studying for his BSc and MSc. He now lives in Farnsfield with his wife and two children.

Simon is a web application developer and print designer by day, children’s author by night. He writes and illustrates in a range of styles, from traditional prose with simple sketch drawings to rhyming verse and alliteration with bright, bold illustrations.

He regularly does readings at schools, libraries and children’s groups.
