Robyn L. Coburn

Robyn L. Coburn has been a theater set, lighting and costume designer, and a production designer of independent films. She has worked in the arts and entertainment for 40 years. When not helping people with their entertainment industry job search, she makes art doll figurative sculptures and mixed media art. She writes books, screenplays, crafty how-to's and musings on creativity, mindful parenting and alternative education. Her upcoming books include a middle grade novel series about a very unusual friendship, and co-writing a new text book about film production sound with her husband, James H. Coburn, IV.

Robyn is also the Fundraising Chair of the advocacy and professional networking group, Women In Media. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband, daughter, and the best cat in the world.
