Dagmar Gerigk

A great boss lets you thrive. A bad one diminishes you. Dagmar Gerigk has lived through both, and that's exactly why leadership is her passion.

Over 30 years leading people in corporations, mid-sized companies, and as an entrepreneur herself have taught her what actually works in day-to-day leadership – it’s attitude and consistency, not theory. As a systemic leadership coach, author, and speaker, she works with executives to decide faster, resolve conflict with confidence, and help their people grow beyond their limits – in the office and remotely alike.

Her expertise: an unerring instinct for where teams really get stuck, paired with communication that lands. That lets her get to the heart of an issue fast, dissolve inner blocks (sometimes with hypnosis), and reach outcomes that leave everyone involved feeling respected.

Through her book series Leadership Nuggets, her podcast of the same name, and her work as a Top 10 LinkedIn Learning instructor, she has already reached more than a quarter of a million people. The series comprises four books so far, each a quick, practical read: Die Kunst zu Delegieren (2022), Nervensägen im Job (2023), Ziele erreichen mit Strategie (2024), and Die Gen-Z-Lüge (2026, co-authored with John Henry Mee).

A mother of two Gen Z sons herself, Dagmar's vision is simple: work should be enjoyable for as many people as possible – and still deliver real results, even on a Monday morning. Her motto: "Become the boss you always wished you'd had.“
