Dana Santas

Dana Santas, CSCS, E-RYT, is a mobility, breathing and mind-body coach in professional sports known as the “Mobility Maker.” With 20+ years experience working with thousands of athletes in MLB, NFL, NHL, NBA, PGA & WWE, she helps people breathe, move and feel better in ways that enhance performance, durability and overall health and wellness. Over the years, she's served as the mind-body coach for more than 50 professional sports teams, including the Orlando Magic, New York Yankees, Houston Texans, Toronto Blue Jays, Atlanta Braves, Philadelphia Phillies, Tampa Bay Rays and Tampa Bay Lightning. Additionally, she's been the mind-body coach for the FairFax Criminal Justice Academy, the yoga coach to the Boston Fire Dept. and proudly works with Veterans and tactical professionals, including SOCOM.

The fitness expert for CNN and an international speaker/presenter, she’s the author of “Practical Solutions for Back Pain Relief: 40 Mind-body Exercises to Move Better, Feel Better & Relieve Pain Permanently,” (Althea Press) as well as 100+ published articles on health and wellness. A frequent on-air fitness expert for Daytime TV, Bay News 9 and others, she’s regularly featured in media worldwide, including Sports Illustrated, Fox Sports, Men’s Health, Oxygen, Shape and more.

Dana is the proud mother of three children and five rescue dogs. She lives in the Tampa Bay area with her best friend and favorite training partner: her husband Donovan.
