Kim Pelham is a real estate broker serving the Greater Seattle Area. She has a passion for discovering and developing the potential in every home to maximize the results for her clients. She is fascinated by how the subconscious mind influences the decision-making process, and applies the Psychology of Sales in staging and preparing homes for market. Her personal mission is to help every home owner maximize the return on their property.

Kim has developed her own process in using staging to address challenging areas in homes by neutralizing negatives or turning them into positives.

Along with her husband Brien, she enjoys tiny-home living Pacific Northwest style, living aboard their 40' classic wooden yacht. When she is not selling real estate, sun, sea and seals are their constant companions on weekend trips as they venture around the Puget Sound.
