Melissa D. Anderson

I have always been a writer. At 8 years old, I began keeping a daily journal and this turned in to a love for creative writing. I attended University of Florida and got a degree in Journalism, while writing for the local News Stations (television and radio) as a reporter and investigative journalist. After working in the Entertainment Business for MTV, Nickelodeon and Sundance Film Festival I decided to go to law school with the intent of producing me own content. After practicing Law and becoming an Administrative Judge, I decided to pursue my creative writing passion again and wrote two mid grade fiction novels entitled "London Cowgirl" and "Safari Boy." I am currently working on my third novel, a historical fiction adult work entitled "Lighthouse to Freedom."

I live in Miami with my husband, two children, dog, turtle and a very feral outdoor cat.
