Bridgette Booth is the author of the Tales from Burnt Boot Creek series, backyard adventure chapter books for kids 6+.

Bridgette grew up chasing adventure in the creek, tunnels, and woods behind her childhood home. Nowadays, her adventures are of the “Where are the car keys?” variety, and she misses those days of digging for crawdads, pulling stickers from bare feet, and plotting with friends to search for hidden treasure. Thus, the series, Tales from Burnt Boot Creek, was born.
