Alisa A. Sane

Alisa Sane is a poet, writer, mother, and wife, and she derives inspiration from her lifelong pursuit of a deep understanding of the world around her. A creative writer from a young age, Alisa's works allow her to turn words into bliss and conviction. She holds a B.A. in Social Work from Cleveland State University and an M.A. in Adult Education and Education & Training from the University of Phoenix. In addition, she is a Certified Christian Pre-Martial Marriage Coach and Life and Health Coach. She is a sorority member of the Zeta Phi Beta. Her debut collection, Poetry Jungle, captures her delicate style, taking the reader on a journey of emotions from joyful to painful but always beautiful; at present, Poetry Jungle isn't available and will be re-branded in the near future. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, she now lives in Memphis with her beloved husband of 21 years and her spirited daughter. You can find her hanging out at Starbucks with her laptop, people-watching, and laughing with friends.
