Rich Kao

Rich Kao was trained as a bio-medical research scientist and worked in the diagnostic and pharmaceutics fields before going into the ministry and concomitantly embarking on various start-ups in the humanitarian and high-tech fields. Along the way, he began seeing themes and trends in successful leaders and organizations that could be traced to the idea of care. His doctoral work was dedicated to crystallizing these thoughts into a disruptive leadership model, with Apple serving as a first illustration of these principles.
