Garrett Gravesen has crossed all 7 continents and has become an expert storyteller along the way. He has spoken to people from more than 100 countries, delivered a commencement address to 30,000 people, and was named one of the Ten Outstanding Young People of the World by the Junior Chamber International in India. He studied economics at the University of Georgia and leadership development at Harvard Business School.
After co-founding the non-profit H.E.R.O. for Children, and the study abroad Global L.E.A.D., he now has co-founded ADDO Worldwide, a leadership consulting firm. ADDO has worked with Chick-fil-A, Coca-Cola, and the Atlanta Braves. Most recently ADDO helped develop Chick-fil-A Leader Academy, a servant leadership-based program that trains more than 20,000 leaders annually.
Currently, Garrett is on a quest to reach all 196 countries. He has stepped foot in Antarctica, Cuba, and North Korea (legally), studying human behavior and exploring parts unknown to capture lessons on courage and overcoming fear. A leadership expert and keynote speaker, Gravesen is often found in a tuxedo and advises companies, executives, and entrepreneurs on scaling leadership, unlocking innovation, and building high performance teams.
