Garrett is the co-founder of ADDO Worldwide, where he helped create Chick-fil-A Leader Academy, training 30,000 leaders a year. On a personal note he once traveled to 52 countries in 52 weeks with only a tuxedo and a toothbrush. He first learned to ski in North Korea, ran with the bulls in Spain, and survived 10 days in Antarctica without his luggage.
