Merrijane Rice

Merrijane Rice is a poet who focuses on Latter-day Saint themes, especially those found in scripture. She currently serves as secretary on the Mormon Lit Lab board, a nonprofit organization that shepherds authors through writing and publishing works for Latter-day Saint audiences. Her poetry has been published by BYU Studies, Exponent II, Ensign, Irreantum, New Era, Segullah, the Mormon Lit Lab, Wayfare Magazine, and the Utah State Poetry Society. She has shared her poetry with audiences ranging from the Mormon Scholars in the Humanities annual conference to BYU TV’s Come Follow Up program.
