Katrine Spiegelhauer

Katrine Spiegelhauer is born in 1971 in Copenhagen Denmark. She is a clinical psychologist who has specialized in perinatal mental health and fertility issues. As a narrative therapist she has worked with stories of pregnancy, birth, motherhood and loss and has trained and supervised professionals in the perinatal field. She is also married and a mother of three children. After she became a mother herself she recognised the loneliness and struggles that so many mothers had shared with her and she decided to dedicate har writings and work to reduce stigma around mental health struggles during pregnancy and post-partum. She gathers groups of women with a shared passion for empowering mothers.
