Tony Shavers III has always been passionate about one thing: helping people. From a young age, Tony Shavers III has made it his mission to help those in need of additional support. He dreamed about using his voice to speak up for those who had none. Early on he knew he had a gift that needed to be shared with the world.

In 2015, Tony received the Community Justice Award from the nonprofit organization Community Works West for his outstanding dedication to children of incarcerated parents and his commitment to making higher education accessible to all youth. Overwhelmed and humbled by the recognition, Tony realized being of service to others was a way for him to have a positive impact on the world. This was the start of his life-long journey.
