Erin Summ, CPC, confidence coach, is a sought after speaker, author of Stand Up and Shine 60-Day Confidence Discovery Journal and contributing author in Catch Your Star. Fueled by her own journey from shy to confident and her passion to help others thrive, Erin helps shy and introverted women entrepreneurs step past their fears of being seen and heard, into confidence, to stand in their power and shine, making a bigger impact with their business and in their bank account.

Since 2008, Erin has been on her own journey from shy to confident. She used to be so fearful of being seen and heard, that in school, if she thought about asking a question, she would get flushed, clammy and her heart would race. She would chicken out. But she always knew she was put on the planet for a reason. Her vision was bigger than her fears. Fast forward ten years, and she has a thriving coaching business, is a speaker, hosts her own events and is a frequent Facebook Live video maker.

Erin holds a bachelors degree in Psychology and is a Certified Professional Coach through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
