Dr. Natalie Casale

Dr. Natalie holds several accredited degrees: a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Technology from Kean University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from Monmouth University, and a Doctorate of Management (DM) in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix School of Advanced Studies. She is a part-time faculty with the University of Phoenix and Walden University, serving as a dissertation chair and committee member. Dr. Natalie was nominated University of Phoenix Faculty of the Year Award in 2019.

Dr. Natalie is a member of the University of Phoenix Lambda Sigma Chapter of the International Business Honor Society, Delta Mu Delta (DMD). Dr. Natalie is a volunteer National and New Jersey State District Leader of the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) and recognized community leader in animal welfare. Dr. Natalie enjoys taking walks with her four dogs, problem-solving, writing, and helping others, such as educating young adults in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM). In her spare time, she builds robots, including a cat named STEM.
