Carey Copeling is a husband, marketer and newly published tech-chef. He loves all things technology, food and wine and actively tries to combine all three of those things into his life in Soho, UK. Originally, from Toronto, Canada, he moved to London with his wife in January 2017 and has been travelling all over Europe and the rest of the world seeking inspiration for his Sous Vide cooking lifestyle.
