Adam J Locklear

Adam has been part of the real estate investment business since he was 17. When he was 11 years old he lived in a mobile home and had no idea what he wanted to be when he grew up. He knew that he needed to start reading and at a young age was lucky enough to get a copy of a real estate investor book which planted the idea of success with real estate in his mind.

After graduating from business school, he founded his first real estate brokerage and began purchasing bank-owned properties in Jacksonville, Florida. He built up the property management side of his real estate company before selling it in 2015 to focus on investing full time.

When Adam was a kid he dreamed of being wealthy, but had no idea how to get there. He was lucky and eventually met some amazingly gifted and successful real estate investors that began to mentor him and show him the secrets that they had learned over the last 30 years in the business. Now looking back after completing over 1000 investment deals it's very clear that without a mentor Adam never would have succeeded.

Adam is an active investor who loves nothing more than working on high profit real estate deals. He along with his business partner and father Joe now mentor others on how to discover the secret to real estate investing and how to begin your own journey on the path to future success in real estate.
