Dr. Annette Bradford (Ed.D Educational Administration and Policy Studies) is a Japan Foundation Indo-Pacific Partnership Program Research Fellow. She is also an associate at Oxford EMI, and special advisor for education and policy at the Yokosuka Council on Asia-Pacific Studies (YCAPS).
She is interested in cultural interactions and works in the areas of higher education internationalization and maritime security capacity building. Annette has a passion for helping others succeed in their international endeavors and enjoys readying students and teachers for success in international environments.
Annette is active in academic associations and coordinates the Integrating Content and Language in Higher Education (ICLHE) Association’s East Asia regional group. She previously held positions as an associate professor at Meiji University and as Council on Foreign Relations-Hitachi International Affairs Fellow. She was also series editor for Routledge’s Focus on English-Medium Instruction in Higher Education books.
