A product of British upbringing, Leo left England tea total. Eager to see the world, he ventured to the New Zealand, and alongside the colonials he learnt life lessons. Beer and All Blacks rugby were upsides, whereas England’s propensity to repeatedly lose to Australia at cricket, was a downer. Amongst the football loving ex-pat community of Australia, Leo rediscovered his love of history, and exposed a desire to present his version of 20th century conflicts.
