Sarah Maddington

Sarah Maddington was born and raised in Manchester, UK. She is a Weight-Loss coach, Dietitian, Professional Chef and a mother of two. After finishing high school, she moved to London to pursue her dreams to study culinary.

In the past, Sarah was very overweight. She suffered from many health problems and found it difficult to maintain the balance between her career and her health.

It wasn’t until after giving birth to her eldest daughter Sally, she realised that she had to take her health more seriously if she wanted to become a role model for her children.

She lost 57 pounds in 6 months.

Today, she wants to inspire beautiful people around the world to take control of the health so they can get back the life they deserve.
