For 25 years, Cathy McCullough has built a life where passion and people are at the core, where inspiring real relationships and transformation are paramount. She has always pursued things that she’s passionate about, including leadership, organizational culture, and organizational strategy. Clients tell her what she does best is stir the difficult discussions around people, strategy, and accountability. All are about clarity, focus, and intent, and Cathy believes it should be a results oriented journey. She has worked with executive leaders and their teams in companies of all sizes and sectors. She holds degrees in psychology and adult education (with an emphasis in leadership & company culture). She has numerous professional certifications and is also an invited contributor to A Practical Guide to Needs Assessment, 3rd edition (Wiley Press), T+D Journal, College & University Auditor Journal, and Forbes, to name a few. She is also a workshop & keynote speaker at national & international conferences on strategy, “people” issues, accountability, organizational culture, and leadership.
