As a criminal justice professional with over twenty-two years of experience in the field and six years as an adjunct professor, Samuel has an avid interest in deviant human behavior and the law. His pursuit to develop a level of expertise in these interests began at the State University of New York's - College at Old Westbury (B.S., Criminology), followed by graduate studies at John Jay College of Criminal Justice (M.A., Criminal Justice).
Samuel's educational background, knack for creative writing, and love of ‘whodunits’, all provided the spark for him to start writing suspense–thrillers. By penning his first novel - Habitual Burdens, Samuel has fulfilled a life's dream and goal of bringing this intriguing work of fiction to the masses.
Born and raised on Long Island, New York, Samuel now resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Aside from his love of creative writing, he also enjoys his family, cycling/exercising, deep-sea fishing, sports, and reading.
